Delivery and payment

Place an order on the website at any comfortable time for you! To do this, press the "Add to cart" button next to the selected product and enter the information for shipment.

Our manager will contact you using the specified contacts to confirm the order.

Options for receiving the goods:

● Sending by courier services: Nova Poshta

* The cost of delivery depends on the selected transport company.

● Courier delivery from OXA within Cherkasy.

● Pickup from Cherkasy.

Payment options:

● Cash on delivery — payment in cash when receiving the order at the courier service branch. The cost of cash on delivery services depends on the chosen transport company.

● Payment on PrivatBank card — with this payment method, we ship the goods only after the payment have been deposited into the company's account.

● Payment to courier when delivering within the city. For orders over 5,000 UAH, delivery within the city of Cherkasy is free of charge.

● Cash settlement at self-pick-up.

Exchange and return of goods

Exchange and return is carried out at the expense of the buyer at the address: Cherkasy, Chkalova str., 39.

Refunds are made by agreement with the buyer within 1-2 working days.

You can return the product within 14 days from the moment of receiving the order, if all conditions are kept:

- keeping the integrity of the packaging;

- availability of all components;

- absence of traces of installation and use;

- absence of any damage, abrasions, scratches or traces of other mechanical effects (keeping the product appearance).
